Our Piccolo® Wood Chip line is the smallest smoker wood chips we produce! Using our custom milling process, we filter 3 micro sizing, making the final product uniform and clean.

You can be assured perfect combustion from our product, whether using the product for handheld food smokers, stove stop smokers, or even commercial smokehouse equipment.

We’re able to offer 3 different sizes in our Piccolo® Wood Chip line and 8 hardwood species to pick from: Alder, Ash, Beech, Hickory, Red Oak, Sugar Maple, White Oak, Wild Cherry. It’s up to you to select your favourite 3 for a variety pack of perfection for both hot smoking and cold smoking application.

This is a very fine wood chip product that some chef’s like to use in any of the units mentioned above, Vortron, Koch, Mepaso, Schroter, KSI, Germos, Marlen.

Wild Cherry Piccolo® no 11 dices filter into very small size pieces ranging from ge .5mm and le 1mm. infuses a nice reddish hue to the food!

Our Hickory Piccolo® no 10 has the usual darker tone for the hardy and nutty smoky flavor. Dices into pieces ranging from ge 1mm and le 2mm.

Our Hickory Piccolo® no 11 dices into pieces ranging from ge .5mm and le 1mm. The Hickory species produces a nice smoker wood chip in this size

Our Maple Piccolo® no 10 has the brown color signifying a lot of sugar content. This dices into pieces ranging from ge 1mm and le 2mm.
